Return Policy

At The Flipping Float Store, we want every customer treated right and fair. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to fix it.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is:

• Unused
• In original condition
• In original packaging

A $10 restocking fee applies to all approved returns.

Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, minus the $10 restocking fee.

• Free replacement if your item arrived damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used fishing gear
• Gift cards
• Items damaged by misuse
• Items not in original condition
